What could you promote on an LED writing board?

The latest ad campaign for the LED board is a sign that toys with the idea of not giving up the pungent saltiness of salami and still using thick leafy greens like kale.  Combining the mystery of tempeh and the familiarity of an Italian torpedo sandwich, a menu with no fried foods and no sugar in the sauces, but the satisfaction of slow cooked beef roast cooked in Mexican mole and chile.  No white flour in the tortillas and no sugary drinks, but let them keep the lean protein. 
What could you promote on an LED writing board?  Invest in a great business sign that gives the flexibility of changing your menu every day. Let your business advertising be as unique as a one horned rhinoceros, a living unicorn that lives in Sumatra and Java.
